Over many centuries, various legends surfaced as to how the CoffeeBerry crossed continents for inclusion in cultures and countries across the world.

What makes CoffeeBerry a natural, potent super-antioxidant?
CoffeeBerry is exceptionally rich in polyphenol antioxidants, such as chlorogenic acid, condensed proanthocyanidins, quinic acid and ferulic acid.

What is The coffeeberry extraction process and why is it so expensive?
Commercial coffee production is generally propagated by seeds. Traditionally 20 coffee seeds are placed in each hole at the start of the rainy season. Most of the seeds will naturally die off, but those that survive will grow into plants that will be ready for harvest in four years.

Coffeeberry, the active antioxidant in the Revaleskin products, is extracted from the coffee cherry, which is the external fleshy shell surrounding the coffee seed. In order to maximize the concentration of antioxidants the coffee cherry is harvested before it is ripe. The chosen coffee plants for this process grow at high elevations along the equator where the natural antioxidant is generated by the plant to protect it from direct sun light. The coffeeberry extract contains antioxidants that inhibit oxidation and neutralizes free radicals before they bind with skin cell membranes therefore preventing damage to the cell.

Since the coffeeberry comes from a fruit it is safe to use on humans and considered ideal for individuals with sensitive or easily-irritated skin.
